Not a sweet cornbread
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups buttermilk
Mix wet into dry ingredients.
Pour into cast iron pan
Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes until tester comes out clean and bread has pulled back from the sides
