Toasted marshmallow ice cream

This was Jack's idea, We served it with crumbled graham crackers and hersheys poked in.  Preheat sous vide to 185 Preheat toaster oven to 350 Beat together until smooth 2 eggs 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt  add in  1 2/3 cup whole milk 1 1/2 cup whipping cream Once that is blended add in the marshmallows.   10 oz marshmallows  Put the marshmallows tightly packed on a tin lined with parchment. This works best in the toaster oven so you can see how brown they are.  As they cook they should congel and the tops should get toasted.  Be careful of them spilling out of the sides and catching on fire. The marshmallows should form a liquid center with a more or less solid top where they are toasted.  Dump them into the milk and egg mixture and blend with immersion blender until the big chunks of marshmallows are pulverized. Into an ice bath for 1/2 an hour then into the ice cream machine and into the freezer.  2020-07 We made this and it was really good but not very marshmallow-y -too vanilla.
